    Global Woodmart 2012 yang diselenggarakan oleh Dewan Kayu Malaysia (MTC) sekali lagi akan menempati ruangan utama di Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre dari tanggal 4 – 6 Oktober. Acara ini akan menyediakan sarana utama penjualan, pembelian dan jejaring satu-pintu bagi para pemasok dan pembeli kayu lokal dan internasional. Ruangan yang ditambah secara besar-besaran sebagian besar sudah terjual dan adanya tambahan hari ketiga akan menarik lebih banyak peserta pameran dan pengunjung.

    American Hardwood Export Counc il (AHEC) region China Raya dan Asia Tenggara kembali menggelar konvensi pada akhir bulan Juni 2011. Konvensi keenam belas yang dihadiri oleh lebih dari 500 peserta diselenggarakan di Hotel Westin, Nanjing, China; cukup berhasil karena mendapat sambutan yang luar biasa. Sejumlah pembicara berhasil tidak hanya menghidupkan suasana tapi juga menginspirasi para pesertanyadengan desain-desainnya.
