    Salah satu layanan purnaPT Ekamant Indonesia adalah memberikan garansi untuk semua produk amplas yang berada dibawah naungannya mulai dari Ekamant, Taiyo, Kovax, Sunmight dan Finish1. Garansi ini berlaku baik untuk amplas belt, roll, sheet ataupun disc. Lama garansi yang diberikan Ekamant adalah selama enam bulan dari tanggal produksi atau penyambungan amplas. Untuk amplas beltyang memiliki sambungan(jointing) sebaiknya diberikan perhatian khusus karena umur sambungan amplas sangat dipengaruhi kelembaban udara dan cara penyimpanannya.

  • KRITERIA HASIL PENGAMPLASAN YANG BAGUS

    Pada bulan April 2011 PT.Ekamant Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Pemda Jepara  mengadakan lomba mengamplas yang tercatat dalam rekor MURI. Team juri berasal dari Ekamant (Tandiono & Andri) dan lainnya adalah para ahli dari Jepara yang terdiri dari ahli ukir, ahli kayu dan juga pengajar.

    Untuk dapat memberikan penilaian yang obyektif dari hasil lomba mengamplas, maka team juri menentukan kriteria yang harus dipenuhi untuk menyaring pemenang lomba.

    Terdapat 5 (lima) kriteria hasil pengamplasan yang bagus yaitu:

  • CARA INSTAN CEK STOCK REMOVAL WBS

    Untuk permulaan pemakaian amplas pada mesin Wide Belt Sander (WBS) sebaiknya dilakukan pengecekan berapa stock removal (ketebalan pengikisan kayu) oleh amplas pada masing-masing head unit karena masing-masing head unit menggunakan kombinasi grit amplas yang berbeda yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan.
